So, just a note for this and any future updates so, if you do decide to revert, you don't lock yourself out of your own work. I feel bad for him, but, 'You've worked on this for six months and you have no backups? That's on you.' We've had a few users complaining recently about this, and, unfortunately the only answer is 'you should have made a backup.' One user is complaining that he lost six months of work because he wants to revert but can't open the project. When updating Hitfilm if you open an old project you should ALWAYS immediately do a 'Save As' to a new file (like 'Project 2021-2'). Note you cannot open projects from more recent versions of Hitfilm into older versions. When going BACKWARDS (2021.2 to 15) you MUST uninstall Hitfilm before installing the older version. When moving FORWARD with Hitfilm (2021.1 to 2021.2) you can install Hitfilm over itself. This page will let you download any Hitfilm Express version back to 9.0.
